摘 要:量子点膜可以大幅提升传统液晶显示的色彩表现力,决定量子点膜性能的关键指标之一是亮度,而其影响因素错综复杂。本文制备了量子点膜,并从量子点胶和量子点封装用阻隔膜两个方面对影响亮度的因素进行了实验和分析。结果发现,在量子点胶方面:通过降低量子点材料的分散粒径,控制量子点材料在空气中的曝露时间,以及向量子点胶体系中引入扩散粒子均可提升量子点膜的亮度。在阻隔膜方面:首先,阻隔膜的顶涂层种类和阻隔性能均会影响量子点膜湿热老化之后的性能;其次,阻隔膜背面引入匀光层,对亮度表现出较大的提升作用。Quantum dot films can greatly improve the color gamut of traditional liquid crystal displays.Luminance is one of the key specifications to determine the performance of quantum dot films,and the factors influencing which are complex.In this paper,quantum dot films are prepared.The factors affecting the Luminance are tested and analyzed from two aspects:the quantum dot adhesive and the barrier film for quantum dot adhesive encapsulation.The results showed that the Luminance of quantum dot films can be improved by reducing the dispersed particle size of quantum dot material,controlling the exposure time of which in the air,and introducing diffused particles into the adhesive system.In terms of barrier film:firstly,the barrier property of the barrier film and the type of top coating will affect the performance of quantum dot films after hot and humid aging;secondly,introducing an optical layer on the back of the barrier film can improve the Luminance greatly.
