摘 要:本文介绍了广播电视监测监管的政策背景,提出了省级广电融合智慧监管平台的总体建设目标,以及实现总体目标的建设规划工作步骤。结合平台业务需求分析和当前高新技术发展对平台的支撑,完成了省级广电融合智慧监管平台的技术架构设计。最后,对平台建设规划的意义进行总结。This paper introduces policy background of radio and television monitoring and supervision, puts forward the overall construction goals of provincial-level radio and television integration intelligent supervision platform and construction planning steps to achieve the overall goals. Combined with the analysis of platform business requirements and the support of current high-tech development for the platform, technical architecture design of provincial-level radio and television integration intelligent supervision platform has been completed. Finally, the paper summarizes the signifcance of platform construction planning.
