摘　　要：目前,军队医院门诊大多推行“一站通”服务新模式。为进一步提高为兵服务质量,优化就诊流程,文章结合军队某三级甲等医院军人门诊患者满意度调查,了解军人就医流程中存在的问题,为进一步提高军人门诊服务满意度和诊疗效率提供依据。At present,military hospitals implemented“one-stop mode”of the outpatient service for military officers and soldiers.To further improve the service quality of soldiers and optimize the medical treatment process,this paper combined the satisfaction survey of military outpatients in a tertiary hospital in the army to find out the problems existing in the process of military outpatients'treatment,in order to provide a basis for further improving the satisfaction of military outpatients'service and the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment.
