摘　　要：自全军院校开展以“锐意改革、争创一流”为主题的新时代办学思想大讨论以来,长海医院影像医学科以此为契机,对教学定位、新型人才培养模式、为战教战等具体问题进行梳理总结,正逐步健全基于PACS(图像存档与传输系统)系统的面向海军各层次影像医学卫生人才的培养体系,初期效果良好。文章就该培养体系的构建做一详细阐述。A full-scale debate is under way on the theme of“Getting determined to make progress and striving for first-class”in the military colleges and universities.The teaching department of medical imaging of Changhai Hospital has taken this opportunity to position teaching,new talent training models,and fight for education.At present,the cultivation system for all levels of the naval medical imaging talents based on the PACS system is gradually being improved,with good initial results.This article elaborated on the construction of the cultivation system.
