摘 要:目的探讨思维导图联合微格教学模式在腹膜透析患者培训中的应用。方法抽样选取肾内科2017年3月至2018年12月收治的60例腹膜透析患者,根据入院时间先后随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例患者。对照组实施传统教学模式,观察组实施思维导图联合微格教学培训模式。比较两组患者腹膜透析理论知识及操作培训前、培训后首次、出院后1个月、3个月、6个月考核得分差异与患者对护理服务的满意度;比较两组患者腹膜透析相关感染发生率、不良自护行为发生率的差异。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者腹膜透析理论知识及操作培训前、培训后的首次、出院后1个月、3个月、6个月考核得分差异与患者对护理服务的满意度均高于对照组,6个月后腹膜炎、出口处感染、隧道感染等并发症的发生率,不良自护行为发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用思维导图联合微格教学模式对患者进行腹膜透析培训,能提高患者对腹膜透析基础理论知识与腹膜透析操作实践的理解与掌握,从而降低出院后相关感染发生率及不良自护行为的发生率,提高培训效果及患者对护理服务的满意度。Objective To explore the application of mind mapping combined with microteaching in the training of patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis.Methods A total of 60 patients with peritoneal dialysis from March 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the time of admission,30 patients in each group.In the control group,the traditional teaching mode was implemented,and in the observation group,the mind map combined with microteaching training mode was implemented.The difference between the two groups in the theoretical knowledge of peritoneal dialysis,the pre-training assessment,the first assessment after training,the assessment scores in January,March and June after discharge and the satisfaction of patients with nursing service were compared;the difference between the two groups in the incidence of infection related to peritoneal dialysis and the incidence of bad self-care behavior was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of the observation group in the theoretical knowledge of peritoneal dialysis,the pre training examination,the first examination after training,the examination in January,March and June after discharge,and the satisfaction of the patients with nursing service were higher.After six months,the incidence of peritonitis,exit infection,tunnel infection and other complications,and the incidence of adverse self-care behaviors was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of mind map and microteaching mode can improve the understanding and mastery of the basic theoretical knowledge and operation practice of peritoneal dialysis,reduce the incidence of related infection and bad self-care behavior after discharge,and improve the training effect and patients'satisfaction with nursing service.
