摘 要:研究了Li2O-Al2O3-B2O3(LAB)玻璃添加对Li2MgSiO4陶瓷的烧结特性和微波介电性能的影响。Li2MgSiO4陶瓷通过固相合成法的传统路线制得,LAB玻璃通过高温熔融法制得。LAB玻璃能有效将Li2MgSiO4陶瓷的烧结温度从1250℃降低到900℃附近,并促进了Li2MgSiO4陶瓷的致密化。XRD分析发现,烧结样品中没有第二相的存在。当Li2MgSiO4陶瓷添加质量分数0.5%LAB玻璃于925℃下保温4 h,实现了较好的微波介电性能:εr=6.21,Q×f=34542 GHz(f=13.05 GHz)。此外,该陶瓷在低温烧结时能与银共烧,可用于LTCC技术。This article examined the effects of Li2O-Al2O3-B2O3(LAB)glass on the sintering behaviors and microwave dielectric properties of Li2MgSiO4 ceramics.The Li2MgSiO4 ceramics were prepared by the traditional solid-phase method,and LAB glass was synthesized by high temperature melting method.The LAB glass could effectively decrease the sintering temperature of the Li2MgSiO4 ceramics from 1250℃to^900℃and also promote the densification.XRD patterns indicate that no secondary phase presents in the sintered samples.When Li2MgSiO4 ceramics is sintered with 0.5%LAB glass at 925℃for 4 h,the measured microwave dielectric properties is such thatεr=6.21,Q×f=34542 GHz(f=13.05 GHz).In addition,the ceramics can be co-fired with Ag at low-temperature,which makes it an suitable material for LTCC technology.
