摘 要:针对超外差接收机宽频带、通用化、小型化等发展趋势,提出了一种C波段镜像抑制混频器设计方案。该方案选用砷化镓高集成混频芯片HMC525LC4和中频正交混合电桥SLQ-302作为混频器主要组成部分,较传统的设计方法大幅度地减小了电路尺寸,保证电路有较好的相位平衡度和幅度平衡度,在设计上保证了较好的镜像抑制度。测试结果表明,该镜像抑制混频器的性能指标良好,在5~8 GHz的输入信号频率范围内,其镜像抑制度指标大于32 dB,插入损耗小于9 dB,通过选择不同频段的中频正交混合电桥可灵活应用于不同的超外差接收机。Aiming to broadband,universalization,miniaturization trend of superheterodyne receiver,a design of C band mirror image rejection mixer was proposed.GaAs highly integrated mixer chip HMC525 LC4 and intermediate frequency quadrature hybrid SLQ-302 were used as major components of the mirror image rejection mixer in order to reduce the circuit size and realize the phase balance and amplitude balance,resulting in better mirror image rejection.The test results show that the performance of the mirror image rejection mixer is good.The mirror image rejection is better than 32 dB and the insertion loss is less than 9 dB for the input signal with the frequency range of 5-8 GHz.This mirror image rejection mixer can be flexibly applied to different superheterodyne receiver by selecting different intermediate frequency quadrature hybrid.
