摘  要:为满足现代通讯系统中微波器件小型化的趋势,提出了一种慢波半模基片集成波导滤波器。该结构为双层介质板,底层介质中分布着若干排均匀金属化盲孔,此结构有效降低截止频率。在此结构上表面金属层加载螺旋形紧凑微带谐振器单元(SCMRC)及其一半结构,可获得超带宽带通滤波器。仿真结果表明:滤波器最终有效电尺寸为0.63λg×0.3λg,中心频率为7.38 GHz,带宽达到6.86 GHz,相对带宽为94%;通带内插入损耗最大为-0.75 dB,带内回波损耗优于-12 dB。In order to realize the miniaturization of microwave devices in modern communication systems,an integrated waveguide filter with slow-wave half-mode substrate was proposed.The structure was composed of double layer dielectric plate,and several rows of uniformly metallized blind holes were evenly distributed in the bottom media,which can effectively reduce the cutoff frequency.By loading spiral compact microstrip resonator cell(SCMRC)and its half structure on the upper surface of the structure,the ultra-band broadband pass characteristics can be obtained.The simulation results show that the effective electric size of the filter is 0.63λg×0.3λg,the center frequency is 7.38 GHz,the bandwidth is 6.86 GHz,and the relative bandwidth is 94%;The insertion loss in the pass-band is-0.75 dB,and the return loss in the band is better than-12 dB.
