摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情对安徽经济发展短期内带来了一定的"危",但也孕育了不少"机"。文章分析了疫情对安徽经济总量、产业和消费带来的冲击,鉴于疫情催生了新消费新业态,认为消费驱动是安徽经济增长的长期动力源。文章的政策含义在于:启动安徽城乡居民新一级消费需求,找准发力点;创新驱动安徽产业结构升级,促进居民消费升级;多渠道增加安徽城乡居民收入,提升居民消费能力;加大对安徽民生工程的投入,增强居民消费信心;促进长三角产业联动与融合发展,构建一市三省消费一体化。COVID-19 Epidemic has brought a certain"danger"to Anhui’s economic development in the short term, but it has also nurtured many "opportunities". This paper analyzes the impact of the epidemic on the total economic volume, industry and consumption of Anhui province. At the same time, the epidemic promotes the emergence of new consumption and new business forms in Anhui province, and points out that consumption driving is the long-term driving force for the economic growth of Anhui province. The policy implications of this paper are: to start the new level of consumption demand of urban and rural residents in Anhui, to find the right starting point;to promote the upgrading of industrial structure and consumption;to increase the income and consumption capacity of urban and rural residents in Anhui through multiple channels;to increase the investment in Anhui people’s livelihood and work, to enhance the consumer confidence;to promote the industrial linkage and integration development in the Yangtze River Delta, and to build the consumption integration of one city and three provinces.
