基于LIN总线控制的迈腾B8L示宽灯故障研究

摘　　要：LIN总线在汽车电气上的应用不仅降低了汽车制造成本,也在很大程度上降低了汽车电气线路的故障。本文针对2019年全国职业院校技能大赛高职汽车检测与维修赛项指定车型迈腾B8L由LIN总线控制的示宽灯,通过对其控制原理、故障现象、故障诊断流程的分析研究,提出了利用示宽灯和远光灯异常亮起、但前后雾灯操作无反应等故障现象快速锁定故障点,并采取有效措施排除故障。With the continuous development of automotive electronic technology and network technology in recent,LIN BUS is widely used in automotive electrical applications,which is not only benefit to the cost of automotive manufacturing,but also to reduce the failure mode of automotive electrical circuit.The background of analysis is in the vocational vehicle testing and maintenance competition of national vocational colleges in 2019,analyzes and studies of the thesis are based on the LIN BUS failure phenomenon and diagnosis process of Magotan B8L,via the competition process and result,proposes the solution of quick method to resolve the issues with the same or similar fault diagnosis.
