摘 要:研究了CaCl2、Sr(NO3)2、Mn(CH3COO)2·4H2O和ZrOCl2·8H2O作为矿化剂对硬硅钙石纤维合成过程、形貌和性能的影响规律;同时,采用场发射扫描电镜、X射线衍射等测试手段对硬硅钙石纤维显微形貌和物相进行分析和表征。结果表明:配料中加入CaCl2、Sr(NO3)2,硬硅钙石的球形团聚体未明显变大,粒子呈片状结构,体积密度较大。加入矿化剂Mn(CH3COO)2·4H2O、ZrOCl2·8H2O,硬硅钙石纤维细长且交织缠绕,形成了良好的中空结构,故合成产物体积密度较小,这有利于提高硬硅钙石的保温隔热性能。This paper studies the influence of on the synthesis process,morphology and properties of xonotlite fibers.The micromorphology and phase of xonotlite fibers were analyzed and characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.The results show that the addition of CaCl2 and Sr(NO3)2 did not make the spherical aggregates of xonotlite significantly larger,and the particles were flaky and had a large volume density.When adding Mn(CH3COO)2·4 H2O and ZrOCl2·8 H2O as additives,the xonotlite fibers are slender,entangle to form a good hollow structure,and thus make these products hold a lower bulk density,which is favorable for improving the thermal insulation performance of the xonotlite materials.
