摘　　要："批存"是指批示或批准将文件材料留存备查,最初在清代和民国时期,"批存"的方式是在不需要回文答复的公文上批"存"字,新中国成立以后又出现了结案后整卷批存的方式,并被规定为文件归档工作环节之一,成为一种制度。虽然它曾经在归档工作中被弱化,但我国当今的政治制度以及档案工作理论体系下,它仍然应该是保障归档文件质量的重要环节,并可以成为文档一体化、前端控制理论落地的有效措施。Approve to Preserve is a system of leaders give instructions to keep official documents for reference.At first,in the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China,it refers to the approval of the word"save"on official documents that do not require reply.After the founding of New China,it has evolved into a system of filing the whole documents after the completion of work for the leadership’s examination and approval,and it has been stipulated as one of the links of file filing and become a kind of system.It is an important link to check the quality of archives.Although it was once weakened in the filing work,it should still be an important link to ensure the quality of the archived documents under the current political system and the theoretical system of archival work,and can become an effective measure for the integration of documents and the landing of front-end control theory.
