摘 要:通过对空心管锻件的工艺分析,基于数值模拟技术,对空心管锻件精密辊锻成形工艺进行了研究。在研究中发现,按照现有辊锻理论设计工艺模具时,空心管锻件在第1道辊锻时椭圆截面靠近辊缝处的内表面有应力集中和折叠现象产生,这与现有辊锻理论存在一定的偏差,要严格控制各道次辊锻延伸系数。为此,对工艺进行了优化设计,采用4道次辊锻成形。最终模拟结果显示,空心管锻件沿轴线方向上壁厚尺寸有一定的波动,局部壁厚有增厚现象,但最终辊锻成形后外形规则、无飞边、内部光滑无缺陷、工件流线分布合理,获得了较为理想的效果。Based on the numerical simulation technology,the precision roll forging process of hollow tube forgings was studied by analyzing the process of hollow tube forgings.In the study,it was found that when the process mold was designed according to the current roll forging theory,the stress concentration and folding occurred on the inner surface of the elliptical cross-section near the roll gap during the first roll forging of hollow tube forgings,and it had a certain deviation from the current roll forging theory.Therefore,it was necessary to strictly control the extension coefficient of each pass in the roll forging,and the process was optimized by four-pass roll forging.The final simulation results show that the wall thickness dimensions of hollow tube forgings have a certain fluctuation along the axis direction,and the local wall thickness is thickened.However,after the final roll forging,the good effects of regular shape,no flash,internal smooth without defects and reasonable streamline distribution are obtained.
