摘 要:针对一种大口径厚壁深盲孔件的热挤压成形工艺,利用DEFORM-2D有限元软件,建立了不同尺寸坯料和不同挤压模具角度的轴对称有限元模型,对不同参数下的热挤压过程进行了模拟分析。对模拟结果的分析表明,盲底高度小于300 mm时,热挤压过程中盲孔底部与芯棒过早分离,导致折叠的产生,而在大于300 mm时折叠现象可以忽略不计。模拟给出了盲底高度、挤压模具角度与实心段长度的关系,分析了工艺参数对盲孔内部结构的影响,提出了解决方案。根据分析结果,确定了坯料尺寸和形状以及模具的主要结构参数。与实际热挤压结果进行了比较,吻合较好。给出了热挤压后构件的等效应变分布规律,为进一步确定和优化热挤压工艺参数提供了依据。For the hot extrusion process of deep blind-hole part with large diameter and thick wall,the axisymmetric FEM models with different sizes of billets and extrusion mold angles were established by finite element software DEFORM-2 D,and the extrusion processes with different parameters were simulated and analyzed.The simulation results show that when the blind bottom height is less than 300 mm,the bottom of blind hole is separated from the mandrel prematurely resulting in folding during the extrusion process,and the folding phenomenon is ignored when the blind bottom height is more than 300 mm.Furthermore,the analysis of simulation result revealed the relationship among blind bottom height,extrusion mold angle and solid segment length,and the influences of process parameters on the internal structure of blind holes were analyzed to give the solutions.According to the analysis results,the size and shape of billet as well as main structural parameters of mold were determined,and the simulation results were compared with the actual extrusion results within good agreement.Finally,the distribution of equivalent strain was given to provide a basis for further determination and optimization of hot extrusion process parameters.
