摘　　要：科学信息技术的高速发展和教育部的高度重视使得高校信息化建设逐步向着智能化建设方向发展。然而当前高校在信息化管理建设过程中存在的问题,已经严重阻碍了信息化建设的进一步发展。本文将分析当前高校建设中存在的问题,确立了基于此平台的建设优势,并进行了平台建设需求分析及功能实现的研究。通过应用实践,使全校师生通过该平台实现一体化信息查询及业务办理,可以极大地提高工作效率,实现信息服务的高效畅通。With the rapid development of science and information technology and the high attention of The Ministry of education,the informatization construction of colleges and universities gradually develops towards the direction of intelligent construction.However,the problems existing in the process of information management construction in Colleges and universities have seriously hindered the further development of information construction.This paper will analyze the current problems in the construction of colleges and universities,establish the advantages of this platform,and carry out the platform construction demand analysis and function realization research.Through the application practice,the whole school teachers and students can realize the integrated information query and business management through the platform,which can greatly improve the work efficiency and realize the efficient and smooth information service.
