摘　　要：分析新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下医学期刊在抗疫战斗中的重要性及疫情给医学期刊出版带来的变化。认为医学期刊应从转变出版思维模式、优化出版生产流程、精心策划抗疫专题及专刊、开展线上抗疫科普知识及先进人物宣传、借助中国知网等网络首发平台及时发表新冠肺炎论文等方面践行社会责任,从而更有效地发挥医学期刊在抗疫中的作用。This paper analyzes the importance of medical journals in the fight against epidemics and the changes that the epidemic has brought to the publication of medical journals during COVID-19 epidemic.We think that medical journals should change their publishing thinking mode,optimize publication production processes,carefully plan anti-epidemic topics and special issues,carry out the propaganda of anti-epidemic science knowledge and advanced people’s deeds,and publish COVID-19’s papers in time by using network launch platforms such as CNKI to implement social responsibility,so as to more effectively play the role of medical journals in the fight against epidemics.
