摘 要:以《半导体光电》为例,在统计分析其近10年疑似学术不端文献类型、数量及发展趋势基础上,提出基于"互联网+",利用科技期刊学术不端文献检测系统、网络首发、搜索引擎、同行评议等手段对一稿多投和重复发表行为进行防范的方法。研究表明,通过对互联网数据和手段的有效利用,学术不端文献显著减少,发表周期大幅缩短,学术不端行为得到有效防范。Based on the statistical analysis of the types,quantity and development trends of the suspected misconduct literatures published in Semiconductor Optoelectronics in the past ten years,we proposed to use Academic Misconduct Literature Checking( AMLC) system,Internet pre-publication,search engines,peer review and other methods based on the "Internet + "to prevent multiple submissions and duplicate publications. Our studies indicate that by taking advantages of Internet data and measures effectively, the AML literatures are significantly reduced, the publication cycle is significantly shortened, and academic misconducts are effectively prevented.
