摘 要:针对当前社会出现的种种共享现象,分析这类“共享产品”与“公共服务”的内在联系,找到搭建共享平台的出发点和落脚点。通过对无锡“体育超市”典型案例的分析,从以政府角色转变和职能转移为主要驱动力、以自由灵活和资源配置效率高为特色的市场经济的外生驱动力、以组织自身发展为内生驱动力视角出发,分析和探讨实现我国体育社团资源整合的三大驱动力影响因素,提出从组织管理、资源供应、服务指导和宣传反馈四个模块搭建我国体育社团资源的共享平台的构建模型,从而向群众提供更多“共享产品”和完善的体育公共服务模式,以期为各省、市、县及基层体育部门提供理论和实践参考。In view of the various sharing phenomena in the current society,this paper analyzes the internal relationship between such"shared products"and"public services",finds the starting point and foothold of building a sharing platform.Through Wuxi"sports supermarket"typical case analysis,from the government role conversion and function as the main driving force,with free flexible features and resource allocation efficiency of the exogenous driving force of the market economy,the endogenous driving force of the organization development perspective,analysis and discussion on China's three major driving forces affecting factors of the sports community resources integration,put forward from organization management,resource supply,service guide and promote feedback four modules to build our country build model of sports community resources sharing platform,to the masses to provide more"shared"products and the perfect sports public service mode.In order to provide theoretical and practical reference for the provinces,cities,counties and grass-roots sports departments.
