摘 要:以CuSO4为原料,采用沉淀转化法制备纳米级氧化铜,讨论了反应条件对产物粒径大小的影响,得出最佳的反应工艺条件;利用X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)对产物的组成及大小进行表征;以制备的纳米CuO产品作为光催化剂,在太阳光照射下研究其对有机染料的降解实验。结果表明,沉淀转化法的最佳反应条件为:反应温度为80℃,反应终点的pH值为13,CuSO4溶液的浓度为0.1 mol/L,NaOH水溶液的浓度为2 mol/L;制备的纳米CuO有较好的光催化活性,对有机染料甲基紫的降解率约为70%。CuO nanoparticles were prepared by precipitation method using copper sulfate as the raw material.In addition,also discussed the different reaction conditions on the impact of the product particle size,obtained the best response to process conditions.And the CuO nanoparticles were characterized by XRD and TEM.Finally,used the CuO nanoparticles as photocatalyst to study the photocatalytic degradation of organic dye.The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows:the reaction temperature was 80℃,the pH value at the end of the reaction was 13,the concentration of CuSO4 solution was 0.1 mol/L,and the concentration of NaOH aqueous solution was 2 mol/L,the nano CuO had good photocatalytic activity and the degradation rate of methyl violet was about 70%.
