摘  要:以水作为溶剂,在添加碱性催化剂的条件下,经β-巯基丙酸和顺丁烯二酸的巯基-烯点击反应合成了羧乙基硫代丁二酸(CETSA),通过1H NMR确定了产物结构,通过液相色谱分析了产物中CETSA的含量。结果表明:三乙胺作为催化剂,β-巯基丙酸和顺丁烯二酸的摩尔比为1∶1.1在90℃反应3 h,产物的收率可达87%;通过滤液套用实验,产物平均收率达到93%;通过液相色谱面积归一法分析,产品含量为94%。通过静态阻垢实验及SEM观察垢样表面形貌研究了CETSA的阻垢机理,证明其阻垢机理为螯合增溶作用,而并非晶格畸变作用。Carboxyethylthiosuccinic acid(CETSA)was synthesized by using thiolene click reaction ofβ-mercaptopropionic acid and maleic acid with water as solvent and alkaline catalyst,the structure of the product was determined by 1 H NMR,the content of the product was determined by liquid chromatography.The results showed that the yield of product was 87%with 1∶1.1 mole ratio ofβ-mercaptopropionic acid and maleic acid,using triethylamine as catalyst at 90℃for 3 h,and the yield of product was 93%by using experimental scheme of filtrate recycling,the product content of 94%was determined by the area normalization method of liquid chromatography.The static scale inhibition experiment was carried out and the surface morphology of scale samples was observed by using SEM to investigate the scale inhibition mechanism of CETSA.
