摘 要:主要对国内外研究者在煤焦油中含量较高的重质组分菲和蒽催化加氢裂化方面的研究工作进行了总结,综述了分子筛及其负载型催化剂、Al2O3负载型催化剂、碳基负载型催化剂及其他负载型催化剂和反应条件对菲和蒽加氢催化转化过程的转化率、产物选择性的影响,以及过程反应机理,并指出开发含分子筛结构、具有较大孔径和比表面积,合适的L酸位和B酸位的高效加氢裂化双功能催化剂,是实现煤焦油催化加氢轻质化的重要技术途径。The research work on catalytic hydrocracking of the typical compounds with high content in heavy components of coal tar,phenanthrene and anthracene was summarized.The effects of molecular sieves and their supported catalysts,Al2O3 supported catalysts,carbon-based supported catalysts and other supported catalysts and reaction conditions on the conversion rate and product selectivity in phenanthrene and anthracene catalytic hydrocracking processes,as well as the process reaction mechanism were reviewed.It is pointed out that the development of high-efficiency bifunctional hydrocracking catalysts with molecular sieve structure,large pore size and specific surface area,suitable Lewis acid sites and Bronsted acid sites,is an important technical way to achieve catalytic hydrogenation and lightening of coal tar.
