摘  要:研究了一种高纯氯苯甘醚高效液相色谱检验方法,在使用紫外检测器,波长230 nm,C18色谱柱,流动相为CH3OH∶H2O=60∶40,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温35℃的条件下,氯苯甘醚浓度与峰面积在0~0.2 mg/mL浓度范围具有良好的线性相关度,加标回收率在95%~105%范围内,准确度较高,相对标准偏差为0.324‰,精密度较好,可用于高纯氯苯甘醚的含量分析。A method for the determination of high purity chlorphenesin high-performance liquid chromatography was developed.The method was performed on a C18 column with UV detector at 230 nm,a mobile phase of CH3OH∶H2O=60∶40,a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,and a column temperature of 35℃,There was a good linear correlation between the concentration and the peak area in the range of 0~0.2 mg/mL,the recovery of standard addition is in the range of 95%~105%,the accuracy is higher,the relative standard deviation is 0.324,the precision is better,this method can be used for the content analysis of high-purity chlorophenyl glycine.
