摘　　要：目的研究补肾活血通络方对颈椎病的疗效及血清β-内啡肽(β-EP)、P物质(SP)的变化。方法选取医院2017年1月-2019年1月收治的颈椎病患者116例,根据治疗方法不同分为两组。对照组给予常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予补肾活血通络方治疗,分析两组治疗后的临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为91.38%(53/58),对照组为77.59%(45/58),观察组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前β-EP、SP、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、一氧化氮(NO)水平组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后β-EP、IL-10、NO水平高于对照组,SP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前视觉模拟评分(VAS)评分、颈椎残障功能量表(NDI)评分组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后VAS评分[(1.76±0.23)分]、NDI评分[(7.96±2.55)分]低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾活血通络方可减轻颈椎病疼痛程度,调节β-EP、SP、IL-10、NO的表达水平,改善颈椎残障情况。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Bushen Huoxue Tongluo Recipe on cervical spondylosis and the changes ofβ-endorphin(β-EP)and substance P(SP)in patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 116 cases of cervical spondylosis treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with routine symptomatic therapy,and the observation group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Tongluo Recipe on the basis of the control group,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was analyzed.Results The total effective rate was 91.38%(53/58)in the observation group and 77.59%(45/58)in the control group.The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.Before treatment,the levels ofβ-EP,SP and interleukin-10(IL-10)in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of nitric oxide(NO)between groups(P>0.05).The levels ofβ-EP,IL-10 and NO in the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the control group,and the level of SP in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference between the two groups in visual analogue score(VAS)or cervical disability scale(NDI)before treatment(P>0.05).The VAS score[(1.76±0.23)points]and the NDI score[(7.96±2.55)points]in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Huoxue Tongluo Recipe can relieve the pain of patients with cervical spondylosis,regulate the expressions ofβ-EP,SP,IL-10 and NO and improve the disability of cervical vertebra.
