益肺宣降汤联合穴位贴敷治疗哮喘急性发作的疗效及对IgE、Scr的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨益肺宣降汤联合穴位贴敷治疗哮喘急性发作的疗效及对血清免疫球蛋白(IgE)、血肌酐(Scr)的影响。方法选取2017年12月-2018年11月于医院治疗的哮喘急性发作患者173例,将其随机分为益肺宣降汤联合穴位贴敷组和常规治疗组,探索两组患者用药一段时间后肺功能变化指标,血清中IgE、Scr的变化以及用药出现的不良反应情况。结果治疗前两组患者的肝功能指标并无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过治疗后发现两组患者的肝功能指标均明显好转,但益肺宣降汤联合穴位贴敷组较常规治疗组更明显(P<0.05)。同时对患者进行血清内IgE、Scr检测,联合用药组患者血清内的IgE、Scr水平明显低于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益肺宣降汤联合穴位贴敷可以有效治疗哮喘急性发作,提高肺功能指标,且对IgE、Scr指标有明显降低作用,值得临床进一步研究。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Yifei Xuanjiang Decoction combined with acupoint application on acute asthma attack and its effect on serum immunoglobulin(IgE)and creatinine(Scr).Methods A total of 173 patients with acute asthma attack who were treated in our hospital from December 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into Yifei Xuanjiang Decoction combined with acupoint application group and routine treatment group.The changes of pulmonary function,serum IgE,Scr and adverse reactions of the two groups after a period of medication were explored.Results There was no significant difference in liver function indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,it was found that the liver function indexes of the two groups were significantly improved,but those of Yifei Xuanjiang Decoction combined with acupoint application group were more obvious than those of the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).At the same time,the serum levels of IgE and Scr in the combined drug group were significantly lower than those in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yifei Xuanjiang Decoction combined with acupoint application can effectively treat acute attack of asthma,improve pulmonary function indexes,and significantly reduce levels of IgE and Scr,worthy of further clinical study.
