摘　　要：基于肺络病理论,即以络病理论为基础,以络病之肺络病的病因病机为出发点,结合肺络病中医药防治发展的核心内涵,从"久病入络""久病成瘀"及"久病必虚"的病理病变特征,探讨"补肺通络"法治疗特发性肺纤维化(IPF)的原理,并对此法在IPF疾病中的治疗效果进行阐释。从而进一步丰富从肺络病论治IPF的科学内涵,为构建肺络病之证治模型提供理论依据,为中医药防治特发性肺纤维化寻找新靶点提供参考。In this paper,based on the theory of lung disease,namely the collaterals disease theory as the foundation,taking the etiology and pathogenesis of lung collateral diseaseas a starting point,the core connotation of traditional Chinese medicinetreating and preventing lung collateraldisease,it explored the diagnosis and treatment ofidiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF)by tonifying lung and dredging collateral method from pathological characteristicsincludinglong-term diseaseinvolving collateral,leading to blood stasis and deficiency.This could further enrich the scientific connotation of treating IPF based on lung collateral disease,providing theoretical basis for the establishment of syndrome treatment model of lung collateral disease,andreference forsearchingnew targetsof traditional Chinese medicineprevention and treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
