摘  要:我国目前约有200万台变压器使用天然酯绝缘油,研究金属离子对天然酯绝缘油稳定性的影响规律,对变压器高效、安全、稳定地运行具有指导意义。文章分析了Fe^3+、Cu^2+、Ni^2+、Zn^2+等4种金属离子对天然酯绝缘油的酸值、倾点、含水量、耐压、介损及气体含量的影响。结果表明:Fe^3+和Ni^2+对天然酯绝缘油的化学性能和电气性能几乎无影响;Zn^2+和Cu^2+对天然酯绝缘油的化学性能、电气性能和产气量的影响显著;在天然酯绝缘油灌装、使用和运行过程中,应着重避免掺入Cu^2+和Zn^2+。There are nearly two million transformer units in our country,and the study on the influence of metal ions on the stability of natural ester insulation oil is of guiding significance to the efficient,safe and stable operation of transformer.This paper investigated the effect of four metal ions(Fe^3+,Cu^2+,Ni^2+,Zn^2+)on the properties of natural ester insulating oil including acid value,pour point,water content,pressure resistance,dielectric loss,and gas content.These results show that Zn^2+and Cu^2+exerted the chemical and electrical properties of natural ester insulating oil.By contrast,no obvious effect was detected of Fe^3+and Ni^2+.It should be avoid the incorporation of Zn^2+and Cu^2+during the process of filling,using and running of natural ester insulating oil.
