摘　　要：在乡村振兴背景下,地处遗址区的村庄发展与遗址保护之间存在诸多矛盾,对遗址保护与村庄发展协同策略的探究是解决二者矛盾的关键。文章以昌邑故城址保护与遗址区前昌邑、后昌邑、侯花园、城角刘等4村的发展为例,基于历史文献梳理、现状调研、村民访谈,梳理了昌邑故城址的历史变迁、现状特征、遗址价值及村庄的基本情况,分析了遗址与村庄存在的问题与矛盾,提出了坚守保护底线,保证了遗址真实性与完整性,合理调控与安置遗址区村民、恢复并增强村民文化认同,逐步建立遗址保护利用的公共参与机制,改善遗址区村庄民生、加强区域间文物协作等策略,以期对昌邑故城址保护与遗址区村庄发展工作提供理论支持。Under the background of rural revitalization,there are many conflicts between village development and site protection.The key to solve the contradiction is to explore the synergy strategies between village development and site protection.By taking and the development of Qianchangyi,Houchangyi,Houhuayuan,Chengjiaoliu in Changyi ancient city site's protection as an example,based on the analysis of historical documents,current situation investigation and villagers interview,the paper sorts out historical changes,characteristics,and values of the site,and basic situation of the four villages located on the site,analyzes the problems and contradictions,and then proposes strategies including protect the authenticity and integrity of the site,reasonably adjusts the villagers on the site,strengthens the villagers'participation in site protection,improves villagers'lives standards,strengthens regional collaboration on heritage conservation,etc.It is hoped that this research will be beneficial to the protection of Changyi ancient city site and the development of the village on the site.
