摘 要:为了解东营河口浅海贝类国家级海洋特别保护区的环境现状,2009年9月底对保护区物理、化学、浮游植物和浮游动物丰度及组成进行了调查研究,以期为保护区的建设和维护提供基础资料。保护区秋季表层水盐度在30.0~31.0之间,溶解氧平均值6.31 mg/L(6.05~6.53 mg/L),pH平均值8.61(8.51~8.71),生物需氧量平均值2.02 mg/L(1.60~2.32 mg/L),化学耗氧量平均值1.61 mg/L(1.05~2.42 mg/L),氨氮平均值0.206 mg/L(0.008~0.613 mg/L),活性磷酸盐平均含量0.021 mg/L(0.001~0.08 mg/L),叶绿素a平均值2.833 mg/m^3(0.746~6.166 mg/m^3),检测到浮游植物2门58种,其中硅藻门为51种,甲藻门7种。浮游植物总丰度为4.96×10^4个/m^3,硅藻门丰度占81.0%。硅藻优势种为线形圆筛藻、辐射圆筛藻、中肋骨条藻、丹麦细柱藻等;甲藻优势种为夜光藻和三角角藻。检测到浮游动物4门38种,其中节肢动物30种,腔肠动物6种,毛颚动物和尾索动物各1种。浮游动物总丰度为4.3×103个/m^3,其中节肢动物的丰度占到87.7%,节肢动物优势种有小拟哲水蚤、真刺唇角水蚤、中华哲水蚤、克氏纺锤水蚤等。腔肠动物优势种为八斑芮氏水母和四叶小舌水母。A comprehensive investigation of the environmental condition of the national shellfish protection zone in Hekou district was conducted in the August,2009.The salinity ranged from 30.0 to 31.0 in the surface waters of study area.The concentration of dissolved oxygen averaged at 6.31 mg/L(6.05~6.53 mg/L).The pH value averaged at 8.61(8.51~8.71).The biochemical oxygen demand and the chemical oxygen demand averaged at 2.02 mg/L(1.60~2.32 mg/L)and 1.61 mg/L(1.05~2.42 mg/L),respectively.The concentration of ammonia nitrogen,phosphate and chlorophyll a averaged at 0.206 mg/L(0.008~0.613 mg/L),0.021 mg/L(0.001~0.08 mg/L)and 2.833 mg/m^3(0.746~6.166 mg/m^3),respectively.A total of 58 species of phytoplankton was detected.51 species belong to diatom and other seven species belong to dinoflagellates.The averaged abundance of total phytoplankton was 4.96×104 cells/m^3 and 81%of them were classified into diatom.38 species of zooplankton were detected.30 species belong to arthropoda,six species belong to coelenterata,one species was chaetognatha,and the other one species was urochordata.The averaged abundance of total zooplankton was 4.3×103 cells/m^3 and 87.7%of them belong to arthropoda.
