摘　　要：目的:探讨住院患者共情能力与焦虑、抑郁的相关性。方法:采用分层随机抽样法抽取住院患者120名,采用基本共情量表(basic empathy scale,BES)和医院焦虑抑郁量表(hospital anxiety and depression scale,HADS)进行问卷调查。结果:不同性别、有无医保的住院患者焦虑检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同职业的患者焦虑和抑郁检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同焦虑、抑郁维度的情感共情得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,情感共情为焦虑和抑郁状态的独立危险因素。结论:住院患者共情能力与焦虑、抑郁存在一定的相关性,可通过调整住院患者的共情能力来改善其焦虑、抑郁状态。Objective:To explore the correlation among empathy ability and anxiety,depression in hospitalized patients.Methods:A total of 120 hospitalized patients were selected by using the stratified random sampling.The cross-sectional survey was conducted by using the basic empathy scale(BES)and the hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS).Results:There were significant differences in anxiety detection rate of different gender,presence of health care in hospitalized patients(P<0.05),the detection rate of anxiety and depression was statistically significant in different professions(P<0.05).There was statistically difference in emotional empathy scores between different anxiety and depression dimensions(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that emotional empathy were the independent risk factors for anxiety and depression.Conclusion:There is a correlation among empathy ability and anxiety and depression in hospitalized patients.It is important to adjust the empathy of hospitalized patients to improve their anxiety and depression symptoms.
