先天性马蹄内翻足经Ponseti方法治疗后复发的处理对策

摘　　要：先天性马蹄内翻足(club foot)是一种常见的儿童足部畸形。Ponseti方法治疗先天性马蹄内翻足已经在国内、国际获得了广泛的运用。但在更长时间的随访中(>4年),很多文献报道先天性马蹄内翻足经Ponseti方法治疗后会出现复发;且随访时间越长,复发概率越高。本文将围绕经Ponseti方法治疗儿童先天性马蹄内翻足后复发的处理对策进行综述。Clubfoot is a common pediatric foot disease.And Ponseti method has been widely adopted globally for treating pediatric clubfoot.However,relapse has been extensively reported over a longer follow-up period(>4 years).Relapsing rate become higher with longer follow-ups.Here the latest treatments were summarized for recurrent congenital clubfoot after Ponseti method in children.
