摘  要:多向锻造是一种制备大尺寸块体超细晶材料的大塑性变形工艺,能够有效改善材料的组织和力学性能,特别在难变形材料塑性加工方面有着广泛的应用前景。综合评述了钛合金、Ti Al基合金、Ti2Al Nb基合金以及钛基复合材料多向锻造工艺最新研究进展,主要包括多向锻造工艺的原理及特点,钛合金、Ti Al基合金、Ti2Al Nb基合金以及钛基复合材料在多向锻造过程中的组织演变特点,锻造后合金的力学性能强化和低温超塑性以及超细晶组织的形成过程,重点对微观组织、热加工以及低温超塑性变形等方面进行了评述,分析了目前钛基材料多向锻造加工中存在的主要问题,并展望了未来应该深入研究的方向。Multi-directional forging is a kind of severe plastic deformation process to obtain ultrafine-grained material in large size bulk,which can significantly improve the microstructure and mechanical properties of materials,and especially has a wide application prospect in plastic processing of difficult-to-deformation materials.The latest advances on multi-directional forging process of titanium alloys,Ti Albased alloys,Ti2 Al Nb based alloys and titanium based composites were summarized,including the principle and characteristics of multidirectional forging,microstructure evolution in multi-directional forging of titanium alloy,Ti Al based alloys,Ti2 Al Nb based alloys and titanium based composites,mechanical properties enhancement and low temperature superplasticity of alloy after forging,and formation process of ultrafine-grained structure.Special attention was paid to their microstructure,hot processing and low temperature superplasticity deformation.The main problems existing in multi-directional forging of titanium-based alloys were analyzed,and the future research directions were prospected.
