摘  要:为提高叠层母排的加工质量,研究了多层无粘接薄紫铜母排的叠层冲裁成形过程和叠层母排的冲裁断裂机理。采用冲裁实验装置对6层紫铜母排进行实验,研究其在冲裁成形过程中的变形及断裂情况。利用ABAQUS有限元软件对叠层母排冲裁过程进行仿真分析,进一步揭示其冲裁过程的变化以及韧性断裂机理。结果表明:在冲裁初期,靠近冲裁模具的母排最先断裂,并且靠近凸模的母排比靠近凹模的母排先断裂;在冲裁中期,除了中间层母排发生颈缩现象外,其余母排均完成冲裁断裂;在冲裁后期,发生颈缩的中间层母排所受拉伸应力增大进而发生拉伸断裂,至此所有母排均完成断裂。叠层母排冲裁断裂完成后,第6层母排的冲裁质量最高,塑性形变小,冲裁质量好;而中间层母排塑性形变大,冲裁质量差。实验与分析表明:叠层母排的冲裁断裂是较为复杂的过程,各层母排受到剪切断裂和拉伸断裂的共同作用,其中靠近冲裁模具的母排以剪切型韧性断裂为主,远离冲裁凸模的中间层母排以拉伸型韧性断裂为主。To improve the processing quality of the laminated busbar,the lamination blanking process of the multi-layer unbonded thin copper busbar and the blanking and fracture mechanism of the laminated busbar were studied. The six-layer copper busbar was tested by the blanking device to study the deformation and fracture during the blanking process. The ABAQUS finite element software was employed to simulate the blanking process of the laminated busbar,and the change of the blanking process and the ductile fracture mechanism were further revealed. The results show that at the beginning of the blanking,the busbar near the die breaks first,and the busbar near the punch is broken earlier than the busbar near the die. In the middle of the blanking,except for the necking of the intermediate layer busbar,the rest layers are blanked and broken. In the late period of blanking,the intermediate layer of the busbar which is necked is subjected to tensile stress,with the increase of the tensile stress,the tensile fracture of the intermediate layer of the busbar occurs,and all the busbars are broken. After the blanking fracture of the laminated busbar,the sixth layer of the busbar has the highest blanking quality,the plastic deformation is small,and the blanking quality is good. While the intermediate layer busbar has a large plastic deformation and poor blanking quality. The experimental results and analysis show that the blanking fracture of the laminated busbar is a complex process. The busbar of each layer is affected by the shear fracture and tensile fracture. The fracture of the busbar near the blanking die is mainly the shear-type ductile fracture,and the fracture of the intermediate layer busbar away from the blanking punch is mainly the tensile ductile fracture.
