摘  要:根据体积不变条件,建立了三次函数模型描述立轧板坯的三维狗骨形状,然后提出了基于双流函数的变形区金属三维流动的运动许可速度场。根据刚塑性第一变分原理,获得变形区的内部塑性变形功率、剪切功率和摩擦功率,然后得到了轧制力能和狗骨形状参数的计算模型。将本模型预测的轧制力数据与现场的实测值对比,狗骨形状预测值和其他模型计算值对比,预测精度良好。此外,基于模型计算结果研究了不同减宽率、板坯厚度、摩擦因子和立辊半径等轧制工艺参数对应力状态影响系数的影响规律。According to the incompressibility condition,the cubic function model was established to describe three-dimensional dog bone shape of the edge rolling slab,and then the kinematically admissible velocity field of three-dimensional metal flow in the deformation zone was proposed on the basis of the dual-stream function. According to the first variational principle of rigid-plastic,the plastic deformation power,shear power and friction power were received,and the calculation models of parameters of rolling force energy and dog bone shape were obtained. The rolling force predicted by this model was compared with the measured value in the field,and the predicted value of dog bone shape was compared with the calculated value of other model and the prediction accuracy is good. Additionally,the impacts laws of various rolling process parameters such as width reduction ratio,slab thickness,fraction factor and edge roll radius on stress state influence coefficient were researched.
