摘 要:以QSn7-0.2锡青铜为研究对象,基于Simufact软件建立二道次错距旋压有限元仿真模型。采用正交试验法设计试验,研究不同因素水平下减薄率、道次分配比、第1道次进给比和第2道次进给比对滑动轴承轴向、径向和切向3个方向残余应力的影响规律,对仿真结果进行分析,得到各工艺参数对滑动轴承3个方向残余应力的影响显著程度顺序及滑动轴承二道次错距旋压工艺参数最优组合,即减薄率为34%,道次分配比为2∶8,第1道次进给比为0.8 mm,第2道次进给比为1mm,并通过试验加以验证,使用优化后的工艺参数能有效地改善滑动轴承残余应力。Taking QSn7-0. 2 tin bronze as the research object,the finite element simulation model of two-pass staggered spinning was build based on Simufact software. By designing orthogonal tests,the influence law of the thinning rate,pass ratio,the first pass feed ratio and the second pass feed ratio on residual stress of sliding bearing in the axial direction,the circumferential direction and the radial direction was investigated,and the influence degree sequence of process parameters on the residual stress in three directions of sliding bearing and the optimal combination of the process parameters of two-pass staggered spinning was obtained by analyzing the simulation results,the optimal combination was determined with the thinning rate of 34%,pass distrbution ratio of 2 ∶8,the the first pass feeding ratio of 0. 8 mm,the second pass feeding ratio of1 mm,and it was verified by test. The optimized process parameters can effectively improve the residual stress of sliding bearing.
