摘　　要：刘旭生教授长期从事慢性肾脏病的中医药防治研究,认为肾为先天之本,脾为后天之本,"脾肾气虚"是贯穿慢性肾脏病始终的基本病机。慢性肾脏病发展至后期,久病必瘀,湿瘀互结,逐步确立了慢性肾脏病以脾肾气虚,水湿瘀阻为核心的基本病机理念,在《内经》"平治于权衡"的学术思想指导下,发展出"补脾益肾以疗其本,活血利湿以治其标"的独特学术思想,以四君子汤为基础,形成具有岭南特色的补脾益肾方,临证加减,用于治疗慢性肾脏病,每每收获奇效,进一步形成了一系列独具特色的学术经验。Accord to professor Liu Xusheng’s abundant clinical practice,he believes that kidney qi is innate and spleen qi the acquired,which is most important for the whole body.In the clinic,"qi deficiency of kidney and spleen"is the primary ZHENG of chronic kidney disease(CKD),which attributes to developing the treatment theory of tonifying the spleen and benefiting the kidney.Focusing on the etiology and pathogenesis of CKD,Prof Liu has applied this theory flexibly to clinical practice,what has further developed the Bupi Yishen formula and unique Chinese medical academic theory of CKD.
