摘　　要：抑郁是一种常见的情绪障碍类精神疾病,以心境低落为核心症状,具有高复发率、高致残率、高发病率等特点。近年来许多学者以代谢组学为研究平台,探讨中医药在抗抑郁中的作用。本研究通过检索PubMed、中国知网(CNKI)数据库中近年来基于代谢组学研究中医药抗抑郁的相关文献,总结了抗抑郁中药药效生物标记物29种(抑郁生物标记物)及其作用机制、药效评价等相关进展,以期为中医药抗抑郁的研究提供借鉴。Depression is a kind of common mental illness with emotional disorder,characterized by low mood,which has the characteristics of high recurrence rate,high disability rate,high incidence.In recent years,many scholars have taken metabolomics as a research platform to explore the mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in antidepression.The relevant literatures on anti-depressant research of TCM based on metabolomics in PubMed,CNKI database were searched,twenty-nine pharmacodynamic biomarkers(depressive biomarker)and its mechanism,efficacy evaluation were summarized,which provides reference for the study of anti-depression in TCM.
