摘　　要：藏医学具有独特的理论体系和用药经验,围绕三因、五元等学说构建了认识宇宙万物、脏腑内外、疾病变化,以及其相互关系的基本医学框架和以药物的六味、八性、十七效为重要内容的药性理论框架;以此指导临床组方用药;强调自然界大宇宙与人体小宇宙相应的"天人相应"观念,并依此选取合理、准确的养生保健、用药时间,尤其是疾病治疗中考虑与饮食时进食时间相配合、与疾病的病情发展阶段相结合、与使用的治疗方法结合、与疾病发病的季节相结合或与一天的时间变化相结合选择服药时间;为达到更好的治疗效果或减轻药物的毒副作用,藏医在卒中防治中根据一年"六季"或一日不同时段的隆、赤巴、培根的蓄、息、发的节律性变化,择时进行药物或食物的调治,以治疗或预防卒中的发生的经验值得进一步研究和推广应用。Tibetan medicine originated on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and has a unique theoretical system and drug experience.It has built a basic medical framework for understanding the universe,internal and external organs,disease changes and their relationships around the three causes,five elements,and other theories.Eight-sex and seventeeneffects are the theoretical frameworks of drug nature.This guides the clinical prescription of medications;emphasizes the"natural-human-correspondence"concept of the natural universe and the human universe and selects reasonable and accurate health care and medication Time,to achieve better therapeutic effects or reduce the toxic and side effects of the drug.Especially in the prevention and treatment of stroke according to the rhythm of the six seasons of the year or the different periods of the day,bacon,bacon,rhythm change changes,timing.The experience in the treatment of drugs or food to treat or prevent the occurrence of stroke is worth further research and promotion and application.
