摘　　要：学术期刊不执行推荐性标准违背了《中华人民共和国标准化法》的精神内涵,违反了国家行政法规、国家新闻出版署的相关规定,会对其编校质量的提升、内容的增强出版、学术信息的国内外交流与传播等带来极大的消极影响;因此,制定与学术期刊相关的推荐性标准的行政职能部门、期刊协会和学会等应创新服务,为推荐性标准的全面执行创造良好的外部条件,学术期刊同人应发扬工匠精神,认真执行推荐性标准,加强学术期刊的标准化、规范化建设。The non-implementation of recommended standards in academic journals violates the relevant provisions of the state administrative regulations and the Administration of the State Press and Publication Administration,which will have a great negative effect on the improvement of editing quality,the enhancement of content publishing, and the exchange and dissemination of academic information. Therefore,the administrative departments,journal associations and societies should provide innovative services to create good external conditions for the full implementation of recommended standards;academic journal practitioners should carry forward the spirit of craftsman,conscientiously implement recommended standards, and strengthen the standardization construction of academic journals.
