关于科技期刊专刊出版类型、组织及实施策略的探索——以《遗传》为例

摘　　要：专刊出版已成为科技期刊提升学术质量和扩大影响力的重要方式和手段。通过组织不同类型的专刊,可为期刊组约优秀稿件开辟新的渠道,丰富期刊出版的形式和内容。文章结合《遗传》在专刊出版方面的创新与实践,对专刊出版的类型、组织要素、实施策略及潜在问题与对策进行了总结和思考,以期为同行开展专刊出版的组织工作提供参考。Publishing special issues has become an important way for scientific journals to improve their academic quality and impact.Organizing different types of special issues can open up new channels to invite high-quality articles and enrich the form and content of journals. Here,we introduce the practice of publishing special issues in Hereditas( Beijing),summarize the special issue types and organization modes,and analyze the key elements and potential problems during the organization of special issues. We hope to provide reference for editors of Chinese scientific journals.
