摘 要:循环水流量的精确测量是凝汽器性能计算结果准确性的前提,结合大量现场第一手资料和丰富的工程实践经验,以某1000 MW火力发电厂为例,基于热平衡方法,采用在线数据,结合机组整体热力性能试验和制造厂提供的修正曲线,计算机组实际运行热耗率,反算凝汽器热负荷,进而计算凝汽器循环水流量,得到凝汽器性能指标。最后通过实例验证,分析结果表明:基于热平衡方法与常规计算方法结果基本一致,验证了本算法的正确性。该算法计算过程简单,能满足在线凝汽器性能计算要求,可为凝汽器的热力性能在线计算提供便利。The precise measurement of the circulating water flow is the precondition of the condenser performance calculation accuracy, combined with a large number of first-hand information and rich experience in engineering practice,taking a 1000 MW thermal power plant as an example, based on the heat balance method, using online data, combined with the unit overall thermal performance test report supplied by the manufacturers and correction curve, calculation of actual operation of the heat consumption rate, calculated by the condenser heat load, the condenser circulating water flow are calculated, the condenser performance indicators. Finally, an example is given to verify the results, which show that the results based on the heat balance method are basically consistent with those of the conventional calculation method,and the correctness of the proposed algorithm is verified. The calculation process of this algorithm is simple and can meet the requirements of on-line condenser performance calculation.
