摘 要:为提高武术课堂教学的实效性,采用文献资料、实验等研究方法,将五步拳教学应用SPOC进行设计和验证,研究认为:SPOC促进了以“教”为中心向以“学”为中心的转化,实现了武术慕课与课堂教学的深度融合;面对新的教学模式,教师应树立“技术助人”的思维,坚持以“解决问题”为导向的原则;实验证明基于SPOC的五步拳教学能有效提高学生对武术的认知、技能和情感,在教学设计和应用中回归“技击”、围绕“攻防”展开是前提,SPOC模式的选择是核心,慕课是基础,课堂教学是关键。In order to improve the effectiveness of Wushu classroom teaching,the article adopts research methods such as literature and experiments,and uses SPOC to design and verify"five-step boxing teaching".The study believes that SPOC promotes the transformation from"teaching"as the center to"learning"as the center,and realizes the deep integration of martial arts MOOC and classroom teaching.Facing the new teaching mode,teachers should establish the thinking of"helping people with technology"and stick to the principle of"solving problems".Experiments show that SPOC-based"five-step boxing teaching"can effectively improve students'cognition,skills and emotions in martial arts.In addition,in teaching design and application,attaching and defencing is the premise;the choice of SPOC mode is the core;the MOOC is the foundation;the classroom teaching is the key.
