摘　　要：目的探讨结缔组织病(CTD)合并侵袭性真菌病(IFD)患者的临床危险因素。方法收集2015年1月-2017年12月期间在本科住院确诊为CTD患者的临床资料共计687例,筛选出合并IFD的患者25例作为感染组,并选择同时期未发生IFD的CTD患者85例作为对照组。根据国内外近年来对CTD合并IFD的相关研究公认的主要危险因素,并结合本科患者的情况,制定出"结缔组织病合并侵袭性真菌病的患者信息采集表",并录入Epidata3.1数据库中。使用SPSS17.0统计软件对感染组和对照组中相关因素进行统计学分析。结果2015年1月-2017年12月本科CTD继发IFD者有25例,发生率为3.64%。单因素分析筛选出14个危险因素,多因素Logistic回归分析发现4个独立危险因素。结论长疗程、大剂量使用糖皮质激素、病情出现活动、降钙素原水平升高是CTD继发IFD的独立危险因素。Objective To explore the risk factors of invasive fungal disease(IFD) in connective tissue disease(CTD).Methods A total of 687 hospitalized patients with connective tissue disease in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were retrospectively reviewed.Screening out 25 patients with invasive fungal disease as infection group,while 85 cases of CTD patients without IFD at the same time were selected as control group.According to the major risk factors of invasive fungal disease in connective tissue disease which were recognized at home and abroad recently,as well as the characteristics of our department,we designed an input "information collection table of patients with connective tissue disease invasive fungal disease" into Epidata3.1.Statistical analysis were performed between infection group and control group by SPSS17.0 software.Results CTD complicated with IFD were 25 cases from January 2015 to December 2017 in our hospital.The incidence was 3.64% in our department.Fourteen risk factors were screened by single factor analysis,four independent risk factors were found by multivariate Logistic regression analysis.Conclusion Prolonged use a high dosage of corticosteroids,disease activity,the levels of PCT rising were independent risk factors for CTD with IFD cases.
