摘　　要：患者男,32岁,反复腰臀部、前胸疼痛1年,双手足红斑、脓疱,双小腿红斑、鳞屑,面部丘疹半年余。双小腿皮肤镜示:粉红色背景,表面白色鳞屑,可见均匀分布的点球状血管。左手掌皮损组织病理示:表皮角化过度,角质层下方表皮内见单房性脓疱,疱旁表皮棘层增生伴棘细胞间水肿,真皮浅层小血管周围少许淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞浸润。根据临床表现、皮肤镜及组织病理诊断:SAPHO综合征。A 32-year-old male presented lumb and chest pain for one year,and also erythema and pustules on the palmoplantar,scales on the calf and papulae on the face had persisted for more than half a year.Dermoscopy showed pink background and white scales on both cruses,also homogeneous dot blood vessel could be observed.A biopsy specimen obtained from her left palm revealed hyperkeratosis of the epidermis,and below the stratum corneum one-locular pustule was observed,accompanied with acanthosis and intercelllular edema.Lymphocytes and neutrophils infiltrated around the small vessels in the superficial dermis.Based on clinical,dermoscopy and histopathological findings,the diagnosis of SAPHO syndrome was made.
