电力教育培训项目预算绩效评价核心指标库研究

摘　　要：针对教育培训项目开展梳理,通过对各类项目分析,建立了一套“易理解、可操作”的项目预算绩效评价核心指标,可为今后教育培训项目可研论证、过程管控及绩效评价提供必要基础。教育培训绩效核心评价核心指标研究为提高财政资金的使用效益做出的理论与实践探索,可为电网企业开展项目预算绩效评价工作积累宝贵经验。Through the analysis of various electric power education and training programs,a set of"understandable and easy to operate"core indicators of program budget performance evaluation was established to provide a necessary basis for the feasibility study,process control and performance evaluation of education and training projects in the future.The research on core Indexes of performance evaluation of education and training is the theoretical and practical exploration to improve the application efficiency of financial funds,and can accumulate valuable experience for power grid enterprises to carry out project budget performance evaluation.
