祛瘀化浊方治疗动脉硬化闭塞症实验研究

摘　　要：目的通过祛瘀化浊方动物实验,探索祛瘀化浊方治疗动脉硬化闭塞症的疗效与机制。方法50只雄性白兔,随机分为空白组、模型组、中药阳性对照组、祛瘀化浊方高剂量组与祛瘀化浊方低剂量组5组,每组10只。空白组普通饲料喂养;模型组高脂饲料喂养至8周,并于第4周后采用球囊手术损伤雄性白兔右侧颈总动脉;中药阳性对照组和祛瘀化浊方高、低剂量组在模型组基础上,分别在术后给予血脂康和相应剂量祛瘀化浊方灌胃,每日1次,连续4周。给药结束后,收集血液、颈总动脉血管组织和新鲜粪便进行检测。结果与模型组比较,祛瘀化浊方组能降低甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸,提升高密度脂蛋白,血浆黏度,红细胞聚集指数,全血高切、中切、低切指数,改善血管病理形态和肠道菌群。结论祛瘀化浊方对于动脉硬化闭塞症兔有治疗效果。Objective Through Quyu Huazhuo Decoction animal experiment,we explore its efficacy and mechanism in arteriosclerosis obliterans(ASO).Methods The experimental animals were studied by 50 male white rabbits.They were randomly divided into 5 groups:blank group,model group,Chinese medicine positive group,Quyu Huazhuo Decoction high dose group and low dose group,with 10 rabbits in each group.The blank group and model group feed with normal diet and high fat diet for 8 weeks,model group make right carotid artery injury surgery with balloon in the 4 th week;on the basis of the model group,Chinese medicine positive group and Quyu Huazhuo Decoction group fed with Xuezhikang and Quyu Huazhuo Decoction orally 1 times a day,for 4 consecutive weeks.After treatment,male rabbits were anesthetized,collect blood,carotid artery endothelial tissue and fresh dejection to exam.Results Compared with the model group,Quyu Huazhuo Decoction group can significantly decrease triglyceride,low density lipoprotein,C-reactive protein and homocysteine;significantly increase high density lipoprotein,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index,whole blood high,middle and low shear;Improve the vascular pathology and the intestinal flora.Conclusion Quyu Huazhuo Decoction is efficienct for ASO white rabbits.
