摘 要:目的考察麸炒对茅苍术中β-桉叶醇及茅术醇含量的影响,为茅苍术的炮制研究提供实验依据。方法采用气相色谱氢火焰离子化检测法(GC-FID)检测茅苍术麸炒前后β-桉叶醇及茅术醇的含量,HP-5(30 m×320μm×0.25μm)石英毛细管柱,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),检测器温度300℃,进样口温度200℃,不分流进样,载气为高纯氮气,程序升温。结果不同地区的茅苍术中茅术醇和β-桉叶醇的含量差别较大。生品茅苍术经麸炒之后茅术醇和β-桉叶醇的含量均有所下降,β-桉叶醇减少率为12.80%~25.99%,茅术醇减少率为8.13%~22.47%。结论麸炒能够降低茅苍术中茅术醇和β-桉叶醇的含量,与茅苍术炮制后可去油以减缓燥性的传统炮制理论相一致。Objective To explore the contents of β-eudesmol and hinesol in Atractylodes lancea before and after stir-frying with bran in order to provide the experimental basis for the processing of Atractylodes lancea.Methods The GC-FID was carried out on an HP-5 capillary column(30 m×320μm×0.25μm).FID was used as detector with a temperature of 300℃,and the inlet temperature was 200℃.Splitless injection was conducted,and the carrier gas was high purity nitrogen.The column temperature was programmed.Results The contents ofβ-eudesmol and hinesol in Atractylodes lancea from different regions were quite different.The contents of hinesol andβ-eudesmol in Atractylodes lancea processed by stirfrying with bran were less than those in the crude Atractylodes lancea.The reduction rates ofβ-eudesmol were 12.80%-25.99%and the reduction rates of hinesol were 8.13%-22.47%.Conclusion The contents of hinesol andβ-eudesmol in Atractylodes lancea can be reduced after stir-frying with bran.It is consistent with the traditional processing theory that processing can slow down the dryness of Atractylodes rhizome by eliminating some volatile oil.
