五子衍宗丸治疗男性不育少弱精子症研究进展

摘　　要：近年来,由于受到环境污染、生活习惯不良、性病等诸多因素影响,男性生殖能力日益降低,男性不育症越来越受到人们的关注。据世界卫生组织预测,不孕不育将可能成为仅次于肿瘤和心血管病的影响人类健康第三大疾病,约有半数的不孕不育由男性不育症引起,其中男性不育最常见的原因是少弱精子症。中医理论认为,精液异常、少弱精子所致的男性不育常由肾精不足引起,而五子衍宗丸以补肾益精为主要功效,对由肾虚引起的精液异常、少弱精子症有显著疗效。该文主要通过对五子衍宗丸近年来治疗男性不育少弱精子症的有效成分、药理及临床研究进展进行梳理和总结,以期为其进一步研究和临床应用提供参考。In recent years,due to environmental pollution,bad living habits,sexually transmitted diseases and other factors,male reproductive capacity is decreasing,and male infertility has attracted more and more attention.According to the World Health Organization,infertility will become the third largest disease affecting human health,second only to cancer and cardiovascular disease,while male infertility accounts for about half of infertility,of which oligoasthenospermia is common causes of male infertility.According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,male infertility caused by abnormal semen and weak sperm is often caused by insufficient kidney essence,while Wuzi Yanzong Pill is mainly used for tonifying kidney and essence,and has significant effect on semen abnormality and oligospermia caused by kidney deficiency.In this paper,the effective components,pharmacology and clinical research progress of Wuzi Yanzong Pill in treatment of male infertility with oligoasthenospermia in recent years were reviewed and summarized,in order to provide reference for further research and clinical application of Wuzi Yanzong Pill.
