补肾活血促卵加减方与逍遥散加减方治疗排卵障碍性不孕症临床效果及对排卵结局影响比较研究

摘　　要：目的探索逍遥散加减方与补肾活血促卵加减方治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床效果。方法本次研究选取2016年8月—2018年9月在辽宁中医药大学附属医院治疗排卵障碍性不孕症回顾性分析的97例患者。排卵障碍性不孕症患者被分为逍遥散加减方治疗组(研究组)49例及补肾活血促卵加减方治疗组(对照组)48例。比较研究组与对照组患者的雌激素水平、子宫内膜厚度、排卵情况、妊娠情况以及临床效果。结果经过治疗发现研究组雌激素水平、子宫内膜厚度、排卵情况优于对照组,P<0.05。研究组总妊娠率、总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。结论采用逍遥散加减方方案治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的效果确切,对比雌激素水平、子宫内膜厚度、排卵情况、妊娠情况以及临床效果等方面具有明显的优势,关于治疗后的长期效果该研究未进行深入与进一步探讨,存在一些不足,在此处有待改进。Objective To study the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue Chuluan addition and subtraction formula and compound Xiaoyao Power addition and subtraction formula in the treatment of infertile patients with ovulatory disorder. Methods From August 2016 to September 2018,97 infertile ovulatory patients were analyzed retrospectively in our hospital. The patients were classified as Xiaoyao Power addition and subtraction formula group(study group,n=49)and Bushen Huoxue Chuluan addition and subtraction formula group(control group,n=48). The estrogen levels,endometrial thickness,ovulation,pregnancy and clinical effect between groups were compared. Results After treatment,the estrogen level,endometrial thickness,ovulatory status in study group were better than control group,P<0.05. After treatment,the total pregnancy rate and total effective rate in study group were better than the control group,P<0.05. Conclusion For the treatment of infertile patients with ovulatory disorder,the effect with Xiaoyao Power addition and subtraction formula scheme is accurate. It has obvious advantages in estrogen level,endometrial thickness,ovulation,pregnancy and clinical effect. The long-term effect after treatment does not carry out in this study. There are some shortcomings and need to be improved.
