摘 要:大型地采矿山竖井具有基建工程量大、基建工期紧、施工水平多的特点,普通提升系统无法满足高效建设的要求。为解决这一问题,以马城铁矿1#回风井开拓系统为例,分析了影响提升能力的主要因素,采用方案对比、引入措施溜井的方法对竖井临时提升系统进行了优化,提出了一套高分段措施溜井+双箕斗+罐笼混合提升系统,具备多水平同时高效提升的能力,并对提升系统设备选型、临时改绞及措施溜井的施工工艺、劳动组织、工期安排进行阐述。结果表明,新方案经过2 a的实践,已实现了-240,-480,-540 m水平平行施工,并且月提升量达1万m 3以上,缩短了建设工期,加快了建设速度,对同类提升工程具有一定的借鉴意义。Large-scale underground mining mine has the characteristics of large amount of infrastructure construction,tight construction period and many construction levels,so the common lifting system cannot meet the requirements of efficient construction.In order to solve this problem,taking Macheng Iron Mine No.1 air return well development system as an example,the main factors affecting the lifting capacity are analyzed,the shaft temporary lift system is optimized by adopting the method of scheme comparison and introducing measure to pass well,a set of high section measure chute+double skip+cage mixed lifting system is proposed,which has the ability of multi-level and high efficiency lifting.Besides that,the construction technology,labor organization and time limit arrangement of lifting system equipment selection,temporary rewinding and measures for well passing are discussed.The results show that after 2 years of practice,the new scheme has realized horizontal parallel construction of-240,-480 and-540 m,and the monthly lifting capacity reaches more than 10,000 m 3,which is help for shortening the construction period and speeding up the construction speed,besides that,it also has certain reference significance for similar lifting engineering.
