摘  要:湖南辰州矿业有限责任公司为了综合利用井下废水,对井下废水应用于金锑钨共生矿的选矿进行了试验研究。结果表明:井下废水对金锑混合浮选没有影响、对白钨矿常温浮选影响较大;当白钨矿常温浮选粗选增加氢氧化钠253 g/t、水玻璃用量由494 g/t增至933 g/t,井下废水即可满足白钨矿常温浮选要求。井下废水用于选矿生产后,金锑钨回收率及主要技术经济指标没有受到不良影响。改造后有效解决了枯水季节用水紧张的问题。In order to make comprehensive use of the downhole wastewater,Hunan Chenzhou Mining Co.Ltd conducted an experimental study on the application of downhole wastewater in the gold-antimony-tungsten symbiotic ore dressing.The results show that downhole wastewater has no effect on gold-antimony mixed flotation,but it has a great effect on wolframite flotation at room temperature.When the amount of sodium hydroxide is increased by 253 g/t and the sodium silicate is increased from 494 g/t to 933 g/t in roughing,the downhole wastewater can meet the requirements of scheelite flotation at room temperature.The recovery rate of gold,antimony and tungsten and the main technical and economic indexes of the dressing plant were not affected after the downhole wastewater was used in the dressing plant.After the transformation,effectively solved the problem of water shortage in dry season.
